Ceramic technical module

HEP 2024 course reserved for teachers in training:

We are building a collection of samples to summarize the materials and processes of pottery techniques. Accompanied by theory some techniques will be tested practically in the form of samples. This collection of samples should be connected with the theoretical knowledge in a nice way, in order to be able to serve as a reference later.

Materials:
clays, chamottes, pigments, enamels and their mixtures
Process:
preparation, shaping techniques, drying, glazing and firing
Decoration:
relief, slip, engobes, enamel technique.

Equipment: bring an apron or a work coat
